(Incomplete?) List of BBC series which debuted in 1955 for which no episodes survive:
Bath-Night with Braden (1955)
The Blakes (1955)
Bobby in France (1955)
The Children of the New Forest (1955)
The Explorer (1955)
Great Scott, It's Maynard (1955–1956)
The Mulberry Accelerator (1955)
Portrait of Alison (1955)
Return to the Lost Planet (1955)
Terminus (1955)

I did about 15 minutes of research, and I am pretty sure the following survives of 1957 Australian TV (via a search of the NFSA website). There's probably other stuff in the network vaults though:
"Animal Parade" - Various episodes
"The Dulux Show" - 4 episodes (game show)
"Give it a Go" - at least 5 episodes, maybe as many as 16 or 17 (game show)
Princess Joybelle (one-off special for Christmas)
"Hit Parade" - ?? (various episodes exist, but are any of them from 1957?)
"Leave it to the Girls" - 7 episodes (talk show in which women gave advice to questions submitted by viewers)
"The Pressure Pak Show" - at least 7 episodes, maybe more (game show/panel game)
"Raising a Husband" - 1 episode (game show)
Scrooge - Listed as Australian TV special, is this listing correct?
Spring Dance Festival - One-off special (is this listing correct?)
"Stories of Jesus" - 4 episodes

I had made a previously list like this, but it was very dodgy ("Quiz Kids" should not have been on the list). Should I do a new one for 1958 as well? I feel ashamed that the oldest Australian TV episode I've seen is only from 1961. I realise Australian TV of the 1950s did not produce many shows, but there were still some interesting-looking series.

Also, here's a charming short film from 1913 that I came across while looking for "1913 Mabel":

It's 100 years old!

You will find many early movies not moved to any collection if you search for Mabel Normand:

A fan of hers uploaded a bunch of them to possibly stream from their own web site, and they were never moved to any organized collection.

I've watched a lot of the Mabel Normand so far...I just can't get enough of Mabel! Seriously, they should create a TV show dedicated to showing her shorts.

(I checked the site...it appears they are linked to rather than streamed).
